Each property we market is provided a FREE consult with a professional stager outlining recommendations on how best to stage the home. If this is a new term to you, "staging" is presenting your home in the best possible light, by assessing (and adjusting, if needed) aspects of furniture placement, wall colors, and even landscaping. Sometimes the way we live in a home is different than the way it should be presented to potential buyers. We want to make sure buyers can visualize themselves in your home.

If there is one thing we know for sure, it's that Buyers want to see photos and lots of them. EVERY listing we take receives professional photography; that's been a standard of ours for years. We've partnered with the right professionals to make sure our listings photos help your home stand out. And, we post these photos EVERYWHERE. Facebook, Instagram, Zillow, as well as our website, 

At The Fruh Team, we understand the value of videos. Homes listed with video get four times the inquiries of homes listed without video and including video in emails doubles the click-through rate and reduces opt-outs by 75 percent. So whether you're checking out one of our properties via an email blast to our database, a Facebook ad or a listing on Zillow, we use videos to help our listings capture the attention of active buyers.
